Overview

A landmark canal-side development.

A four-block residential development on the Regent's Canal at Mile End — Grand Regent Tower, Titanium Point, Regalia Point and Graphite Point — against the backdrop of the City of London skyline.

Working as specialist masonry subcontractor over a programme of more than two years, GWV delivered facing brickwork. The scheme involved coordinated phasing across multiple elevations, programme integration with the principal contractor's wider build sequence, and exacting facade detailing to architectural specification.

Suttons Wharf — view to the City

Suttons Wharf — Four Blocks, One Standard.

Each building carries its own identity within the scheme — names that run through the architecture and across the masonry. Across all four blocks, GWV delivered a consistent standard of facing brickwork and structural masonry, integrating phased delivery with the principal contractor's programme.

Raimonds Pizics, Senior Site Inspector at PRP
From the start they set a high benchmark, and that exceptional quality was evident throughout. Despite complex high-rise fire-remediation challenges, they maintained a flawless finish on the stretcher-bond brickwork and pointing at height.
